I am interested in the edges of meanings, the friction, slippage, overlap and tension that occurs when opposites are examined closely and rub up against one another. It is these spaces ‘in between’ which harbor infinite potential. Potential for new meaning, potential for new awareness, potential for expanded possibilities.
Ideas and forms, which for me are the same thing, become the vehicle through which I can play with these interstices.
